not the same yam reciever issue

have a rx-v667, also have the manual but haven't been able to figure this out. it shuts down like the video, has PS PRT: 1L on the diagnostic screen. it has the 2 +5v's to the digital one card, they read 5.55. has the 3.3 to the button area. i have looked at the ones on youtube and that and i dont have the cap those PS's have. closest thing i have is c3709, and 19 i believe that look like that and they are stuck together with heat sink compound.  trouble is the units you put up look nothing like the one i have. also i checked the output transistors, they are not reading shorted.? in protect disable the relay that brings in the big Tx clicks on and off at random every couple minutes.

anyone know what i should check or more info on whats wrong?
