Repairing an old IBM Laptop Power Adapter

Nice explanation that there are alternatives to just stuffing mains into an SMPS to test it!  :-+

Great tip for troubleshooting, thanks!
One comment though, in an educational video it might not be the best idea to start touching the board, without discharging the mains capacitor. You know what you are doing and probably took precaution, but someone inexperienced might get the wrong idea.
