If its the cap from pin 7 of the L6599A to ground you mean, its 2.2uF 6.3V |

Hi! i have a problem with this ampliffier. i have replaced burned mosfets and the driver and the smps not starts.i have on the vcc pin and gnd 9-10v. and clipping. i have measured all of the diodes and resistors. i checked capacitors on tester and i not have chance. i try without ic the pcb to power up and tghe voltage has 13v aprox but i connected a 1k resistor with a led and the voltage has down to the 2v. can anyone to help me in thios situantion. evrithing idea is ok for me. thank you in advance! |

Have you checked the secondary side of the power supply for shorts? The fast diodes and caps for the output rails. Could also be a fault in the amplifier stage loading down the PSU. Also prudent to test the voltage feedback path involving the optocoupler U6. I would supply the + and - 35V outputs with a current limited variable bench supply (with no mains to the board under test) and check the voltage at which the transistor in the opto turns on when the 35-0-35 rails are varied - it should be around the 35V point. |
