upgrading HP83620A to a HP83623A

Hello everyone,
Is it possible to upgrade a HP83620A to a HP83623A by only change the amplifier from a HP83623A?
I only need the higher power for driving the MM source modules (HP8355xA series) so i need no external amplifier anymore. The MM sources need +17dBm as minimum input.
