Repairing r9 290 HDMI/DVI output DP is working

Hi, i got r9 290 tri-x (from what is see it is reference board) for cheap. The problem is that only DP is working DVI and HDMI doesn`t have any output.  The seller say that the problem occurred when he plug a monitor in the card. The monitor was powered directly from the wall but the computer trought cheap ups. There where sparks from the shield of the hdmi so i thing thing the ups was not grounded. So from where i can start the troubleshooting?

I attach schematics of non reference version of the board but at least looks the same in the part of interest.

I never repair any AMD card, but according my Nvidia experience, you can use a IR camera to check which interface chip is broken.
