What should be the waveform in point 9 SWEEP GENERATOR & LOGIC

There is nothing wrong with the waveform except that maybe your oscilloscope's rise time/bandwitdh is not fast enough. Try using X10 setting on probe. The 74Sxx series logic is pretty fast.

It would be better to describe the problem you have with your scope.

I can not take a picture on the oscilloscope because currently there is no chip 74f74.

That's not a very clear explanation...Is the sine wave sincronised ?

Do you display only one channel or both ?

If sine wave is well syncronised and only one channel displayed, it seems to be a blanking problem during retrace.

In repair, there is a basic rule: always to start from the beginning and never to rely on the diagnostic made by others.

What You suspect does not interest me, what I want is a detailed description of the problem as it appeared originally.

I do not need you to copy the service manual, I have it too.

Simply answer to my questions !
