Hi,
I have a TWCgen2 with the same symptom: device is dead/no function, transformer TA1 has similar burn marks, however no other components seem to have been damaged.

Good News: when injecting 14Vdc & 3,3Vdc via CNA7 [PCB<-->LED-bar], the main PCB seems to work fine. It can "talk" to TWCmanager for example. :-+

BTW: have you seen these topics on this very EEVblog forum ?

On my device TA1, the Delta SMPS Flyback Transformer, has the following markings:
   DELTA MP-130I
   AV-TP15010 (08)
   DCWM 1844(06)S6

Maybe, the nice people chez Myrra (https://myrra.com/flyback/) can help us out ?

Did you manage to repair the charger? I also have a defect gen2 and wonder if it can be repaired.
