They don't seem to be the same as they were before. When I was inquiring about the 465M parts, the answer was " We don't have the staff that are conversant with that model anymore." It is understood that those folks may be already retired but that is a stupid answer in my opinion.
Frankly, all these companies have enough in their archives on their old equipment, it should not be rocket science for someone to find some info on the parts even if they are not available anymore. It is a matter of numbers. No one wants to spend time if they can't make money out of it. Thanks to this site, I now have all the info I need for my repair project.
