Replacement diode

Hi all,

I'm trying to repair an 8-port POE injector with a dead short. I've tracked the problem to a single, failed diode on a daughter board. How does one decide what diode to replace it with? The manufacturer (POE Texas) is no help.

On page 8 somewhere middle of the page on column Marking UNI, I see (the marking as on your part) RG:

SMAJ58A SMAJ58CA RG ZG 58.0 64.40 71.20 1 93.6 4.3 1 X

I am not sure if this is the same as what you have though!
