Hello,
I'm looking for a replacement for this MMIC amplifier:
- Sirenza Microdevices SCA-4
- SOT-89 Package
- DC-4GHz
- 20dB Gain
- Has markings "H4"
The part appears to be obsolete. Needed to repair an R&S SMIQ06B signal generator.
