Replacement motor start capacitor question

Hi all,
My Hoover tumble drier won't start, but it I take the top off it and give the drum a helping hand to get it going it works fine, so I figure it is the motor start cap that is failing.

It's 7uF +/-5% tolerance, 450V AC

Would it be okay to replace it with a 7.5uF cap +/-5% tolerance, 450V AC  ? 

UPDATE: Actually it's a motor running capacitor, not a motor start cap.
