Replacement of S2512NH Help please.

Hello.
I need help about replacement of thyristor S2512NH.
This thyristor is 25A 800V and Igt is 25 - 50mA.
So I can find replacement (2n6509) but Igt is max 30mA.
Is this Igt problem or I must find same Igt current?
If someone have any idea for crossreference of S2512nh will be nice.
