Request for R&S SMIQ06B control board drawings (also used in SMP/SME/SMT)

I'm searching for R&S drawings of the control / CPU board of my SMIQ06B , board part number 1084.8804.12. rev 05

my unit halts on boot up with "access fault at E0182FF4h" and a "system halt".

It my understand that the board is also used in SMP / SME / SMT generators (though perhaps not rev 05).

Hoping someone can help.
