Hello and Happy new year to everyone.
I am having an odd issue with my portable rgb video light Moman MFL-09XR. Even in an off state the blue LEDs are lit up and won't go off until I completely cut the power source. Once I add power to it it will take a second and the blue light will be back on again (the device is in an off state). Once I turn the device on it does not change the state of the blue led lights so they are still on, but the rest seems to be working fine.
I can't find any shorted components but I do hear a buzzing sound. It is hard to work as two boards are connected face to face. Maybe anyone here has some experience or suggestion on what could be the problem here?
