RIGOL DP711 blown output protection diode
« on: December 27, 2022, 03:30:08 pm »
Hello,

I managed to blow the output protection diode (user error, don't ask) on my new RIGOL DP711 - 30V 5A.
As the component is partially destroyed the reference is only partially readable.
Anyone can help with the specs of this diode?

Thanks

Many thanks for the replies beatman, fzabkar.

So this would be a 45V, 10A Schottky Barrier Rectifier made by Onsemi.

Thanks a lot!
