HP Compaq LA2405wg Monitor repair

Attached is picture of power supply board from HP Monitor (LA2405wg) when i power it on its power light blinks in green color, it gives a small splash of picture and some sound from power supply, then screen gets black, and it continuously happens, splash, sound, screen black, splash, sound screen black...

When i googled, i came to know that these monitors often have issue that their capacitors get leak and from top they pup out, but when i opened my monitor its capacitors looks good, (visually) at some forums i read that they may also get dry out, and in that case we can not see anything visually.

I want to know what else i can check, I'm not an expert so please little bit explain how can i test advised things. thanks

caps sure look great, design not so much
look at the pcb discoloration around the diodes, those suckers are cooking 5 caps around them
changing those 5 caps without measuring anything would be my first quick diagnostics move

I have Chinese capacitors with me, do you recommend to try to fix it by those?

hi , i'm no expert either but if there is nothing visually , black color or smell of burn , then i'll just relax and see how the pro's handle this. sorry for the useless comment ;p

yes, even salvaged ones from some other piece of electronic, the purpose is to quickly diagnose if that is the problem. Replacing caps is faster than measuring, still have to desolder, then measure, then solder back in place, why not skip a step
