Rigol DS-1202CA - 200MHz - firmware problem

My old oscilloscope RIGOL DS-1202 CA has failed. It does not start. Only the backlight  appears on the display, leds are blinking randomly, after power on. Probably the firmware is corrupt. I'm looking for the firmware or flash dump, but I can`t find it anywhere. Probably firmware on series 1000E doesn't work with it.

Why don't you send an email to rigol support, it takes time but they usually answer.

I do not want to misinform, but the ds1202 ca is not the same series as the ds1000z, it is a question because it is rare that it is not on the rigol site
