Robin KTS 1630 multifunctional tester

Hi,

I have Robin KTS 1630 multifunctional tester, which was working and does not turn on properly anymore. It just turns all LEDs on and LCD does not display anything. There was no measurement ongoing when it stopped working.  +5V seems to be present on most chips, but I haven't scoped anything yet.

Problem looks like some initialization problem like MCU or PROM issue... Does anyone have schematic or other service documentation for this device. I would be also interested about PROM contents, if someone has copy of some FW version.

One trace on display board was corroded. Fixing that seems to bring device back to life.
