Rohde & Schwarz CMS-50 with Digital 840.2301 info needed

Hello all,

I have an Rohde & Schwarz CMS-50 unit and i found an digital unit in it that is not described in any service manual i have found till today, its 840.2301. The unit is different from the digital 840.5400.02, my version has 4 eproms and the older ones 5 eproms (as far as we know now the 5 eproms version goes to firmware 5.x and the 4 starts from 6.x to 6.06 known till now)

If there are people that can help with any information, documents or maybe software versions please let me know.
