Rohde & Schwarz SML03 "Error 110 - Output Unleveled OPU3"

I purchased 5 of these at auction for a very good price but they get the following error above 1.1G: "Error 110 _ Output unleveled OPU3".
ALL 5 with the same error! Any Ideas?
Surely they don't all have the same exact issue? Or is this common with this model?
If so I guess it works fine as an SML01 but I would like to get them working at 3.3g!!

Any Ideas??
