Rohde Schwarz ZVCE VNA repair

Hello
I need help identifying the components on the A160 OUTPUT STAGE vna board.
There may also be a diagram of this board please.
Now there is a total of about 650 ohm resistance.
A photo of the place can help too.

Hi
I have a problem with ZVCE.
the problem is with channel b1.
One of the photos is the correct signal from the service manual. Unfortunately, mine is different. Has anyone repaired something like this?
