ROHDE SML-02 over ERROR

I don't know if this is a problem or defect of my new purchase, setting 13 dBm gives them from 6 MHz up to 2.2GHz, from 5 MHZ-9 KHz, over 11 dBm from over error.

Don't know if I got your fault description right but you can set a higher than specified output level on the device.
The specification is 11dBm max for the SML at frequencies above 5MHz.
If you set a higher level you get a warning message like level over range or something similar

Due to my n inability I was able to locate the 11 dBm limitation in the SML-02 datasheet
