Rohde&Schwarz RTB2004 schematic diagram

Hi folks.
I have a broken Rohde&Schwarz RTB2004 scope and try to repair it. 
Unfortunately, the Service Manual that I've found is not detailed and doesn't contain a schematic diagram.
Is there any chance that somebody here has it ? If you have, please share it with me.
