Well my ICs came in the post and after some fiddly soldering with the SOP8 I can now confirm all is well and working great.

I checked the voltages for good measure and all is good. 0VDC on the op amp outputs and 0vDC on the speaker output.

Headphone are clear sounding and the Power amp is back to working order.

Quite a neat looking mod if I do say so.


The Roland amp is still going strong. Quite a loud amp for 50W.
