R&S CRTU-RU Broken

Hi,
We have a R&S CRTU-RU protocol tester with this error screen below at work.


Does anyone have an idea how to fix this or is it even possible to fix without sending it to R&S?

Have you tried going through the boot maintenance screen? Tap "Menu Select" once when the loadscreen is visible. You then have the choice to:

- Select another version of the SW (which may still be functional)
- Or select rebuild SW after board change which may solve the issue...

I thought I had checked for image backup, but apparently not.
I found that there was a backup image that I restored and it works again.

I have a CMU-300 and the "Firmware update after board change" option worked for me. I also had a loose bodge wire/jumper in one of the digital mini boards.
