Did a test from neg lead onto board and first pin on D1 and getting 6.7v then tested the other side of D1 , no voltage !, |

I'm confused. What is the question? I see pictures where you have taken something to bits. What have you taken to bits? To my knowledge, there have been two generations of Ryobi 4 V tools. The first generation had batteries that use an external charger. The second generation has batteries that charge from a USB port. I do not know of a tool with a built in battery, and I do not know of a tool that has built in charging of a battery. Please give some information to go on. What is the tool model number? What is not charging? Is it the charger, the battery, or...? What is the thing you have disassembled, and what are you looking for? What is the 6.7 V you are describing? If you calm down, take a deep breath, and give careful and logical information, there may be a possibility to help you. |
