Samsung Expert NP350XBE-XD1BR Bios Update

After a very arduous and time-consuming hunt for ways to download and extract a Samsung BIOS, I've ended up with a .cap file. Now, apparently I can just flash this like I would any other BIOS file. But how? Rufus, the only BIOS flasher I can seem to find, doesn't recognize it...

Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

rufus ???   its an iso windows  usb boot drive maker / builder ?

Yes, and the only one I was able to find online. It was also recommended to me by a tech-savvy friend of mine. But again, it doesn't seem able to use this file. Any other software recommendations?
