try to find each part datasheet around this coil,  you may find an application note .....

Or try to get a service manual for it ??

Or check for some photos of the board on Ebay and other tv / monitor parts re-seller(s)  you may get lucky

Beats me to this conclusion myself  loll  ,  i did find another board based on this ic, SAMSUNG T19C350EX       it give the same coil value "220"
