Schematic for Farnell TM39 Microvoltmeter

Does anyone have a copy of the schematic for a Farnell TM39 Microvoltmeter or know where I might be able to find one? I have searched the more prominent online sources but so far found information only the TM2 and TM6. The TM2 circuit seems to have at least some similarities with the TM39, and while it has been somewhat helpful in identifying the manufacturers general approach to the design of the circuit, the actual details of components and their references differ. It would be ideal to have the TM39 diagram to aid troubleshooting.
