Now you can sign up by completing an electrical test.
Furthermore, now, you can register to the site if you fill up a simple electricity test.

On elektrotanya, you don't need an userid to download.  I have used that site many times to download for free, but you are limited to 2 downloads per day and you have to have patience as the text below describes ...

The preview is worse quality than the original pdf.

Nice tip, one should just wait for the "processing" to change.
