Title: SDG830 Siglent Arbitrary Function Generator frozen on logo screen

Hi
New to the forum. I see some people have had success with this issue so hoping I can fix it too.
My SDG830 Siglent Arbitrary Function Generator has frozen on the logo screen with all the buttons lit up but not functioning. I can't update the firmware from the usb port because the buttons don't work.

It hasn't been used for about 6 months but worked fine before that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
