I have an SDRPlay RSPDuo receiver that was damaged during an electrical storm. Nothing happens when it's plugged in. Under thermal I see a Diodes Inc. SOT-23 ULDO regulator marked GH4 next to the USB port and another six pin very low outline device marked 06H over L12 near the edge of the board, both are getting hot and the main 5v USB input rail is shorted directly to ground according to continuity testing.
I'm trying to identify what the 06H over L12 marked component is. I think it's a voltage monitor but I'm not sure.

Here is the other one.

I just remembered there is one other component farther out on the board that is getting warm but I forgot to get a picture of it. I will add it later. I expected to see one of the main receiver chips getting warm or a capacitor shorted or similar but I don't I removed the 3 pin part and tested continuity but the 5v USB rail is still shorted. I will try to remove the 6 pin next and check but something is really clamping to ground.

Hi!
[L12]= APL3512AQB or APL3512BQB - power-distribution switch
Difference is in the Logic Level Enable Input
APL3512A: Active High
APL3512B: Active Low
[GH4] = AP2210N-3.0TRG1 - 300mA ULDO regulator. Fixed Output 3.0V

Thank you!
