Searching for Motorola 16045580 datasheet

It's a TO-220-5, not having any Google luck myself.

This is a repair of a GM 1227165 Engine computer.

That looks like a custom part number, which will be next to impossible to find. However, Motorola doesn't make that many ICs in that package, so how is it connected? That might be enough to narrow down its purpose.

Looks to be a P-Channel MOSFET, though I can't find any gate activity in testing, this board may have other issues.

1 = Battery VCC, Cap to GND
2 = Output, CAP to GND (VCC to fuel pump relay, i think) 
3 = ?
4 = GND
5 = ?

Tab is isolated from GND, no external flyback.

I need to dig further, got cut short with rain.
