Searching for this flyback transformer Midcom 31592

I need at least one, maybe a few of them.  Trying to build a SMPS from an OLD datasheet calling for this transformer.  Midcom is now owned by Wurth it appears.  I have attached a datasheet, which itself was hard to find. 

This not really for repair, but I thought this was the best place to post
