FIX PS-40A ULTRASONIC CLEANER (10LT)

hi to all i would like to fix my ultrasonic cleaner "PS-40A" dead during a cleaning process.

i've found a short circuit on the logical board. the problem was this ic without name



how can i fix it?

i have discovered only those pins
