Sencore lc 102 repair Need tech.

I have a Sencore LC-102 that worked well for a number of years until 2019 when one day it failed to start. That year I found an experience Sencore repair tech that had been involved in repairing Sencore cap testers. Sent it to him and he started on it and then put it to the side waiting for parts to come from the EU. His health went downhill and I would call him every few months and have a long talk with him and get a promise to get back on it as soon as he felt better. Well, last week his Wife, now his widow called to confirm my address. She is sending the unit back to me.

Bottom line anyone know anyone that can and is willing to repair this unit. I was told that this is bear to fix.
