small foam tape

I need a small roll of foam tape which is about 1/8" wide by 1/8" thick to replace a some short strips that are used to press hold flexible conductors to a pcb.  My search of places like digikey and mouser didn't find anything that small.  Anyone suggest a source?

1/8 is close enough to 3mm, search for foam tape 3mm thick, you might not find 3mm wide 3mm thick, but I'm sure you could manage cutting a wider tape to size.
