Lambda LQ-534 Benchtop Power Supply Repair
« on: June 01, 2018, 12:13:23 am »
I'm trying to get a LQ-534 up to snuff for Titanium Anodizing. I downloaded lq530.pdf and started going through the "Complete Power Supply Calibration Procedure". It appears R111 and R104 have been messed with since there was no adhesive present on either potentiometer. When attempting to adjust the pot, I am getting nothing on the built in display or my ampmeter.

Before I attempted the procedure, I was getting a reading on the display, but it was reading low at maximum. Should have probably checked with my ampmeter to see what it was at, but since I was planning on going through the whole procedure anyways I didn't think. I am still getting voltage readings though.

Are the pots toast or is something else wrong here? I didn't let any smoke out, so that's a good thing. ;D

Any help is much appreciated.
