Series connection of thick copper based inductors

Good afternoon everybody,

I am working on some inductors (attached) with thick rigid copper wire (2.5mm of diameter):

I am planning to use them with 15A, 1 KHz and would like to connect some in series.

Do you have any idea of the best way of connecting them in series? I have thought about a connector like the one attached but there might be a better way as this is gonna get hot. Soldering can be complex as prefer to connect them and disconnect them easily.

crimp splice or solder with hook shaped joint.

Strip magnet wire insulation with Xacto knife, tin magnet wire, strip with knife second time before soldering.

Same stripped needed with crimp.

The terminal stripes pictured are not so reliable

Unscrew the screws of those connectors you show. Then, tap the metal connector out of the plastic housing and put the screws back in. Use them like that. You can screw/unscrew as much as you want. Nothing to melt. Just don't touch them when live.

High temperature glazed ceramic versions of the terminal block you showed are easily available. Just search 'ceramic terminal block'.
