SH6GC - Regulator SMT code help

Hi there...

Having a hard time trying to find the proper datasheet
for this regulator...

I know for sure it is a regulator..
I guess with pretty confidence it should be a boost...
nah...  re-scanned circuit and actually more like an LDO

All I have tried so far leads to the TOREX XC6371 in SOT89-5

It happens that the package may look like SOT89-5..
but it is not like that.. there is no tab on the top
and the pin out for this XC6371 it totally wrong..

Measured and  got circuit with VCC/GND pins..
Above the chip there is a COIL... 2 caps IN/OUT..
Pretty sure is a boost.. (re-scanned..)
nan.. almost bet should be an LDO..

Any educated guess on datasheet is welcome..

... there is a companion ..

should be the booster.. coded  SG4KH

the LDO  LR1101 from UNISONIC may fit using  SOT-25...

SG4KH with the schottky diode marked 76...

So far my guess for that...
SG4KH w/diode  "76"  ==  TOREX XC6371 in SOT-25 ???
SH6GC equals LDO LR1101 in SOT-25 as well...

Any guess welcome

It just can not be that TOREX chip..

Pins do not match at all..

Dead sure this is a booster and got it working 25V

Yes right on spot 1.32V on FB pin..
It does match the pinout but the marking codes are other...
I would never find that candidate .. thanks :popcorn:

the other regulator is indeed a generic 3.3V dropped by
a single diode to 2.6V..

That thing feeds a FUTABA VFD.
