Agilent E3646A Repair - Rotary encoder and N80C51BH 3440-88804 Failures

Hi All,
I thought I would post this here, it is my repair of an Agilent (Keysight) E3646A dual output power supply.

It started off with a bad encoder, but then I slipped with a probe and blew U7, so then I had to replace the microprocessor too !

I have this unit for sale on TM if you are in NZ and looking for one.
