Siemens PCU 50 Industrial PC part identification help

I'm working on a Siemens PCU 50 Industrial PC and I could use some help identifying the below part. No matter where I type in the part number to identify a datasheet it's coming back with nothing.

Your help would be appreciated, thank you

Sorry for not being able to see the image apparently I cannot use the share feature on Sync.com to host my photo's.

Most likely candidate is ON Semi MBRA140. 1A 40V Schottky.
