Not exactly the answer you're looking for but... you probably won't find it anywhere.

Most of the time you won't find schematics or service manuals for such power supplies, unfortunately.

The good news is, most SMPS are designed around one of a small handful of different topologies, so it's not too hard to do some high level reverse engineering to figure out how it operates and how to troubleshoot it, provided you have prior experience repairing any kind of SMPS. Much valuable information can be gained by looking at the datasheets for whatever controller ICs the power supply happens to use.

Good place to start is internal fuse. If it's blown, you probably have a shorted switching transistor. If it's not blown and the power supply doesn't work, or doesn't work quite right, it's probably going to be electrolytic capacitors (test with capacitance and ESR meter).
