siglent sdg1025 generator no output

Hello. I have a sdg1025 signal generator with no output on either channel. everything on the screen looks normal, it passes its self-test, according to the service manual all voltages on the board are correct except for TA15 and TA16. The manual says they should be 1.5v (sign wave). Im only have 800mv there is a sign wave but not at 1.5v. Anyone seen this type of problem? Thanks in advance

Could you re-phrase your description of the actual output you are getting?
Your title says "no output", but your description awkwardly describes a substandard output.
In the unit, what is between the test points (TA15 and TA16) and the output?

Are you using Hi-Z or 50 ohm output?

I get nothing on either HI-Z or 50ohm

Im getting nothing out the front connectors. I not sure what's in-between the test points and the outputs Im looking for a schematic now
