Title: Siglent SGD810 not booting

Hi  !!

I case someone have the same problem I had with the waveform generator Siglent SGD810, I found "magic" a solution.
My instrument didn't starts up, it seems that the booting process didn't starts, and all buttons keep with their light on.

Solution: with the Help button pushed, turn on the instrument. That's all !

Good find !
Old SDG800 units did have some SW and boot freeze issues however if you're running the latest firmware problems are now very rare.
We advise all owners of SDG800 to install late version firmware that offers much better resistance to boot freezes and allows for the simple USB recovery should you have the bad luck to get a freeze.

Hi
I have same issue but with SDG830
Please can you help, was ok one day then next just got this. I checked all electronics as per Eevblog all ok
I contacted Siglent service but they have not been in touch yet.
I never updated as was running ok until yesterday :-(

Any help is highly appreciated

Didn’t work. Not sure that is a solution or a one off.
