SIGLENT SPD3303D WITH SHORTED OUTPUT
« on: June 04, 2018, 04:23:08 pm »
Hello everybody,

My dear old Siglent SPD3303D bought in 2015 probably took offense by being unused since last year, so it decided to turn both channels 1 and 2 in short circuit (with or without any load). Channel 3 works properly, but when I activate CH 1 and 2 (in all individual, serial or parallel modes) the output led turns red as if it would be in CC mode, output voltage on display goes to zero as well as the physical output voltage on plugs.

Did anybody encounter same issue? If yes, did anybody resolve this issue? May I get some help to try to fix it?

Thank you very much.
