Sigmastar datasheet

Does anyone have a datasheet or reference manual for this Sigmastar chip? I haven't been able to find any info on it at all. The only thing even close was a random website that mentioned sav anything, but it was like a sav50 or sav40 or something. I've attached a picture of the chip in question.
