Hi all,
I am looking for the dimensions of the VFD on a Fluke 8840A or 8842. Looked around on the net and cannot find any info..
Greatly appreciated!

The VFD is the biggest problem on these, as it goes dim. I think there is a LED replacement:

I have an 8840A "for parts or not working" on the way, I could get you the answer in a few days if no one else comes back by then.

I make the VFD on my 8840A to be: 120 mm wide, 33 mm high, 8 mm deep. The little bulb in the top left corner sticks out 5 mm. I can't see the back of the VFD so don't know what the pin spacing is.
But you can definitely see the problem with mine !!!
