Hi, I accidentally shorted an output to a small computer fan and I think Q12 is a goner.

Three pin package Q12 reads "UDSW3" with small possibility it reads "UD5W3".
I think it maybe a BCR151, but power rating seems kinda low. Anyone have a guess?
Thanks
edit BCR151 pnp device, layout is npn

Thanks Tsvetkov, I will bookmark site. However device seems not to be listed. I've gone thru several code books now and can't identify. I will use a generic guess part.
