I have the below SMD codes. The 8Y I am sure that is a zener diode, but the other two I am nut sure 100%. Could you give me your opinion?

Please make a sketch of the schematic. At first glance, it looks like a bipolar push/pull stage, followed by a MOSFET.
Having the rough schematic would make an educated guess much easier.
